Garbe Progresus Park Klášterec I is a modern industrial park located in the Verne Zone, between the cities of Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří. It features a total leasable area of approximately 18,500 sqm, providing versatile space for industrial and logistics operations. Completed in November 2023, the building was constructed in a record eight months and handed over to the tenant just one year after receiving the building permit. It has also achieved BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting its sustainable design and environmental standards.
