The asset was sold by Legend EE CS One, with SPM Invest, a Czech investment fund, acquiring the property. White Star Real Estate managed the sale process.
Campus Science Park comprises five high‑standard buildings offering flexible layouts suitable for high‑tech research, development, and office use. With the last phase completed in 2018, the total leasable area of the project reached approximately 50,000 m². The project is part of a broader mixed‑use development combining workspace, research and education, business amenities, and residential components within a dynamic urban neighbourhood.
The Luxembourg-based fund Legend EE CS One acted as the seller, while White Star Real Estate served as asset manager, overseeing the full divestment process. White Star Real Estate is a fully integrated real‑estate firm active across Central and Eastern Europe, offering services from sourcing and developing properties to asset and property management. Since its founding in 1997, WSRE has completed more than 50 development projects and currently manages over 2.1 million m² of commercial properties for its clients. The company’s portfolio spans a wide range of real‑estate categories, including offices, logistics parks, retail, mixed‑use and residential developments reflecting its versatility and regional reach.
