Clifford Chance Prague Association announces new Senior Associate on its Slovak Desk

Clifford Chance Prague Association is pleased to announce that Simona Rapavá joins its Slovak Desk as Senior Associate, effective 1 December 2025. Simona will focus on Slovak law matters, supporting the firm’s strategic growth across the Czech and Slovak markets.

Simona brings more than 17 years of experience, gained at top tier international law firm and most recently as founder of STS Legal, a boutique Slovak law firm. Her practice spans complex financing as well as M&A transactions, including cross-border transactional work, and advisory for both financial institutions and corporate clients.
