Specifics of distressed acquisitions

We will discuss possible acquisition structures, their advantages and disadvantages and what is the decisive element for their choice. We will share with you our experience from the last transactions of this type. We will also mention to what extent one can work with the target company's debt and the collateral attached to their assets, or what role time plays in distressed acquisitions.

In the second part of our presentation, we will deal with how the new legal regulation of preventive restructuring enters the area of distressed acquisitions and how preventive restructuring can be used to shield some of the risks associated with a distressed transaction.
