Legal Communication in Practice: How to Succeed in Front of Clients and in the Courtroom

V rámci dvou interaktivních bloků zaměřených na písemný projev a ústní prezentaci si prakticky vyzkoušíte techniky, které využijete nejen při moot courtech, ale i při stáži, pohovoru, před soudem či jednání s klientem. V rámci hned několika interaktivních aktivit vám tým našich zkušených právníků předá konkrétní tipy z praxe.

Mezi jednotlivými bloky nebude chybět pauza na kávu, a po skončení "hlavního" programu bude připraveno občerstvení a neformální setkání s našimi právníky. Pro zájemce bude také možnost prohlídky prostor naší advokátní kanceláře.

Workshop bude v češtině a je otevřen studentům práv všech ročníků – není třeba žádné předchozí zkušenosti. Jediné, co potřebujete je chuť na sobě pracovat.

Přijďte si osvojit dovednosti, které vám otevřou dveře nejen do světa moot courtů, ale i skutečné právní praxe.

During two interactive sessions focused on written and oral advocacy, you'll have the chance to practice techniques that are useful not only for moot courts, but also during internships, job interviews, in court, or in meetings with clients. Through several hands-on activities, a team of our experienced lawyers will share practical tips drawn from real legal practice.

Between the two sessions, there will be a coffee break, and after the main program, refreshments and an informal networking opportunity with our lawyers will be available. For those interested, a tour of the Clifford Chance Prague Association offices will also be offered.

The workshop will be held in Czech and is open to law students of all years—no prior experience is required. All you need is a desire to improve yourself.

Come and develop skills that will open the door not only to the world of moot courts, but also to legal practice.
