Clifford Chance advises joint bookrunners on EP Infrastructure’s inaugural EUR 600,000,000 Green Bond under EPIF’s newly established EMTN Programme

Clifford Chance has advised the joint bookrunners, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group Bank AG, HSBC Continental Europe, SMBC Bank EU AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH, on the EP Infrastructure’s inaugural green EUR 600,000,000 4.125% Notes due 27 February 2033 under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. The firm’s team supported all aspects of the transaction, including establishment of the programme and the issue of the Notes.
