Clifford Chance Prague Association advises Allwyn on its new EUR 2.15 billion Senior Facilities Agreement

Clifford Chance Prague Association and Clifford Chance London team has advised Allwyn, a leading multi-national lottery operator, in connection with its new EUR 2.15 billion Senior Facilities Agreement (“SFA”) with a syndicate of international banks.

Our combined legal team has advised on the structuring and negotiation of the new SFA ranking parri passu with the existing debt of Allwyn International AG and Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) Plc under the intercreditor agreement. The proceeds from the new facility will be primarily used to refinance existing indebtedness, cover all transaction-associated costs and expenses, and fund acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

"It was a pleasure to support Allwyn on this transaction. We look forward to continuing our work together in the future." commented Miloš Felgr, Managing partner at Clifford Chance Prague Association

Allwyn is a leading multi-national lottery operator building better lotteries that return more to good causes by focusing on innovation, technology, efficiency, and safety across a growing portfolio of casual gaming entertainment. The Clifford Chance Prague Association and Clifford Chance London team advising on this transaction was led by partners Miloš Felgr and Nicholas Kinnersley and further included counsel Dominik Vojta, senior associate Vladimír Rýlich, associate Tomáš Kubala and junior lawyer Radek Sikora.
