Our legal team advised Allwyn on the successful syndication of a $1,000 million Term Loan B due 2033 and a $500 million Term Loan A due 2031, totalling $1,500 million to finance the acquisition of a 62.3% stake in PrizePicks, the leading daily fantasy sports operator in North America.
And most recently, our legal team advised Allwyn in connection with the offering of a €550 million senior secured notes due 2031 and a €100 million add-on to its existing €925 million Term Loan B due 2032. The proceeds of this combined transaction will primarily support the cash exit payment to dissenting OPAP shareholders in connection with the contemplated Allwyn and OPAP business combination, alongside the refinancing of existing indebtedness and related transaction costs.
