HYBE is a premium office and retail development in Prague 1, situated within Prague’s emerging Central Business District next to Masaryk Railway Station. Developed by Penta Real Estate, the project is set for completion in Q3 2028 and will deliver more than 6,300 m² of office and retail space, combining contemporary architecture with the restored historical elements of the former post office building. Designed as a flexible workplace environment, HYBE will offer adaptable office layouts, private terraces on most floors, shared tenant amenities, and sustainable solutions targeting LEED Gold certification.
