International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, health and biosciences. IFF's nitrocellulose operations in Germany are centered at the Walsrode Industrial Park, a 1.7-square-kilometer site with a long-standing reputation in the chemical industry. Under IFF, the facility produced nitrocellulose primarily for industrial applications, including coatings and printing inks.
