Ondřej Dolenský has been with Clifford Chance since 2017, initially joining as a Paralegal Assistant. Over the years, he has played a key role in a number of high‑profile transactions and advised a broad range of clients across the real estate sector. His practice encompasses real estate M&A, including office, retail, hotel and logistics deals, as well as real estate development and asset management.
- Šárka Hrdá joined Clifford Chance in August 2025 and focuses on real estate transactions. Since joining the firm, she has contributed to advising clients on significant property and development matters, reinforcing the firm’s real estate practice.
- Nikola Svobodová joined the Prague office in 2024 as an Associate in the M&A/corporate team. She brings extensive experience in corporate law, with particular expertise in M&A, restructurings, and complex commercial transactions spanning corporate, finance, and employment matters. Her practice also encompasses energy projects.
