The transaction is notable for its cross-border scope, its interaction with CSG’s position as a Euronext Amsterdam-listed defence company with newly obtained investment grade status and existing CZK, USD and EUR bond issuances.
Our role included advising on the amendment and restatement structure, including release of several guarantors and various security documents, analysing the interplay between bank debt and capital markets instruments, and supporting the preparation and negotiation of the amended finance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
